Company Holiday Schedule

The public holidays your company observes this year, for your state, with substitute days worked out and your own company days added. Print it, or put it in every phone.

Your company

Public holidays differ by state, and which days count as your rest days decides when a holiday moves. Four answers, and the schedule is yours. Everything stays in this browser.

Company days

Days your company closes that are not public holidays — the company anniversary, the day after a festival, a team day. They print alongside the public ones.

Keep it

Three ways to keep it: on every phone, in Excel, or on the wall.

Phone calendar

An .ics file with one all-day event per holiday, on the observed date. Share it with staff; each adds it to their own calendar.

Excel

The same list as a workbook: date, day, holiday, kind, observed date and the reason it moved.

Print

One page for the notice board, with your company name at the top.

Public holiday dates come from the federal and state gazettes as published in LTT CutiCal, and follow that tool's data version. Substitution follows Employment Act 1955 s.60D; whether an employee is covered by the Act, and what your contract says beyond it, is your call.
